We are a privately owned company founded in 1965 with a main aim: to design and build exceptional residential properties in prime locations, to the highest standards of specification and finish.

The family owned business is currently run by two brothers Nigel and Keith who between them have acquired a wealth of experience over a number of years in their sector through developing a diverse variety of luxury houses and apartments. Our focus has been to source quality sites in a local area we know and love and then in conjunction with the shared passion and expertise of leading architects and design consultants create luxury properties with their own unique style and character.

Our Bespoke design, surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens in tranquil settings, combined with energy efficient contemporary interiors that feature the latest high tech gadgetry and appliances, proves to be a consistent winning formula. One feature we have expanded over a number of years is our adaptability in order to offer a bespoke service to individual clients, which has allowed many of our clients who have purchased early in the process to customise the property to their required specification. Testament to our success has been cemented by welcoming back many returning purchasers since building our first home in the sixties.
